RecoPad respects your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your RecoPad account and associated personal information by following the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your RecoPad account and personal information, send an email to:
Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your RecoPad account.
- Your name or other information that helps us identify your account.
- If applicable, that you used Facebook Login to access RecoPad.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify your identity and confirm that the request is associated with your account.
Once your request has been verified, RecoPad will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our data-retention requirements.
Where deletion is permitted and required, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information associated with your account.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login to access RecoPad, you can also remove RecoPad's access through your Facebook account settings.
Removing access through Facebook can stop future access to information through the connection. However, it does not necessarily delete information that RecoPad has already received and retained.
To request deletion of information already held by RecoPad, please submit a deletion request using the email address above.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.
